What I bring

I've worked across the full application lifecycle, so I understand the downstream impact of design decisions, and I can talk with every stakeholder in the room: users, product owners, engineers, government customers and leadership.

Most of my work has been building cohesive, scalable design systems and experiences for interconnected applications, whether across devices or within a larger product suite.

How I work

I'm used to wearing multiple hats to get a job done:

Research: talking to users early, often and throughout.
Definition: writing requirements, user stories and behavior specifications.
Design: user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and design systems.
Validation: prototyping everything so ideas can be tested before they're built.
Delivery: building front-end interfaces in React, Angular, jQuery, HTML and CSS / SCSS, and pitching in on QA and documentation.
